Eleven-year-old Rauf is in love for the very first time, with Zana – the twenty-year-old daughter of his master carpenter. First loves are never simple, especially is a small environment where daily life is bursting with threats of impending war. In order to prove Zana the depth of his feelings, Rauf embarks on a search for a special colour which cannot be found in their village, the colour which would symbolise his love: not an easy task in a snow-clad isolated corner of Antalya. A touching coming-of-age film about courage and hope, search for peace and optimism about the future.
